(“Windtree” or the “Company”) (NasdaqCM: WINT), today announced that on April 2, 2024 the Company entered into an asset purchase agreement with Varian Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Varian”) to acquire certain of its assets, including a proprietary atypical protein kinase C iota inhibitor (aPKCi). The Company also completed a $1.5 million convertible note bridge financing.
