Moderna Wins Patent Dispute Over COVID Vaccine in UK Court of Appeal

London, August 2, 2025 – US pharmaceutical company Moderna has achieved a significant victory in the long-running patent dispute over COVID-19 vaccines. The Court of Appeal in London on Friday rejected the appeal by Pfizer and its German partner BioNTech, upholding a High Court ruling from July 2024. The ruling states that Pfizer/BioNTech's vaccine Comirnaty infringes a valid Moderna patent on mRNA technology. Moderna is now entitled to claim damages for sales from March 2022 onwards. The patent in question, known as EP’949, protects modifications to mRNA, specifically the replacement of uracil bases with N1-methylpseudouridine to stabilize the molecules and enhance the immune response. Mr. Justice Richard Arnold ruled that this patent is valid and is infringed by Comirnaty. However, another Moderna patent was declared invalid, and the court denied Moderna permission to appeal that decision. The dispute revolves around…

Ten Critical Questions for President Donald Trump Regarding the Epstein Files and His Statements

Epstein's Shadow: How Trump, MAGA, and Maxwell Betrayed the Victims

EDITORIAL. At the victims' dinner, words are barely spoken anymore. Powerlessness has become a silent companion as America increasingly brazenly watches Donald Trump and his MAGA clique position themselves as the last barricade against the abysses of the Epstein mafia. The scandal has been simmering for weeks: files disappear, names—including Trump's—are redacted by the FBI, victims are left hanging, while Ghislaine Maxwell enjoys a move to a "cozy jail" in Texas. A done deal? Justice remains silent, but behind every silent government wall stands a president doing everything to keep his name out of the mire[1][2][3]. Officially, Trump distances himself from Epstein. But his distancing is a farce: media are asked to simply "stop thinking about Epstein“[4]. On Air Force One, he talks his way out of it—Epstein had "only poached staff from the Mar-a-Lago spa," including young female staff, possibly Virginia Giuffre, whose name is indelibly linked to the…

EMP Horror: USA on the Brink Within Hours

  • News

An electromagnetic pulse (EMP) from a high-yield nuclear weapon could plunge the United States into a chaotic, movie-apocalypse-like scenario within hours – except this is not fiction, but a well-founded warning from military and scientific analyses. EMP weapons generate an intense electromagnetic surge that destroys electronics and power grids over vast areas without direct physical destruction. According to the Congressional EMP Commission, which detailed the vulnerability of U.S. infrastructure in its 2008 and 2017 reports, such an attack would cause the national power grid to collapse, leading to a domino effect across all critical sectors.  Military studies by the U.S. Department of Defense and the Air Force warn that countries like Russia, China, North Korea, or Iran already possess the technology to carry out an EMP attack that would throw the U.S. back into a pre-industrial era. Peer-reviewed works in journals such as Science.gov and the Journal…

FBI Redacts Trump's Name in Epstein Files

In a series of reports, Bloomberg has revealed that the FBI has redacted the name of US President Donald Trump, as well as the names of other prominent figures, from the files related to the case of the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. These redactions were made for privacy reasons, according to anonymous sources who spoke to the outlet. The revelations come at a time when Trump is facing ongoing controversies regarding his past association with Epstein and promises to release the files remain unfulfilled. Critics accuse the administration of hiding sensitive information, while Trump vehemently denies any involvement in Epstein's crimes. Privacy as a Justification According to Bloomberg's report, which is based on three anonymous sources not authorized to speak publicly, an FBI team redacted Trump's name as part of a review of the Epstein files. This occurred before higher authorities decided last month not to release further documents…

Global ejaculation volume: 36.8 liters of sperm per second

  • News

At a time when demographic and medical data are increasingly used to understand global phenomena, an unusual but well-founded calculation sheds light on the biology of human reproduction: the amount of ejaculate released worldwide per second. Based on established medical studies and demographic statistics, it can be estimated that approximately 36.8 liters of ejaculate are produced globally per second. This figure results from a careful analysis of average ejaculation volumes, the frequency of ejaculations in men, and the number of men of reproductive age. The following report explains the underlying data and calculations step by step to provide a reputable and factual basis, relying on evidence-based sources. First, the average volume per ejaculation must be considered. Medical studies on semen analysis, such as those conducted by the U.S. National Library of Medicine and other institutions,…

MS can begin much earlier than previously thought

  • News

The earliest warning signs of multiple sclerosis (MS) can appear more than a decade before the onset of the first classic neurological symptoms, according to a new study from the University of British Columbia. For the study, published today in JAMA Network Open, the health records of over 12,000 people in British Columbia were analyzed. The result is that MS patients were already using medical services more frequently 15 years before the onset of the first MS symptoms. The findings challenge long-held assumptions about when the disease actually breaks out and provide the most comprehensive picture to date of how patients interact with various healthcare providers in the years leading up to a diagnosis as they seek answers to unclear medical challenges. "MS is sometimes difficult to detect, as many of the earliest signs – such as fatigue, headaches, pain, and mental health problems – can be quite general and easily mistaken for other...

The Catastrophic Outcome of a Nuclear War Between Russia and the USA: A Fact-Based Analysis

A nuclear war between Russia and the United States would lead to an unprecedented global catastrophe, with no victorious side, resulting instead in the mutual destruction of both nations and far-reaching worldwide consequences. Based on the doctrine of mutually assured destruction (MAD), which has shaped the nuclear strategy of both countries for decades, such a conflict would escalate through the ability for massive retaliatory strikes, without either side being able to gain a decisive advantage. Peer-reviewed studies, including climate models and simulation analyses, underscore that the immediate explosions, radiation, and firestorms would claim millions of lives, while long-term effects such as nuclear winter could threaten global civilization. The current nuclear arsenals of both countries make a disarming first strike nearly impossible. Estimates from 2025 suggest that Russia has approximately 4,309 nuclear warheads, of which around 1,718 are on strategic carriers such as...
