(NASDAQ: CELU) (the “Company”), a regenerative medicine company developing placental-derived allogeneic cell therapies and advanced biomaterial products, announced today that on April 17, 2024, the Company received notification from the Listing Qualifications department of the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) stating that because the Company has not yet filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2023, it is no longer in compliance with Nasdaq’s continued listing requirements which requires listed companies to timely file all required periodic financial reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Nasdaq’s notice has no immediate effect on the listing of Celularity’s common stock and warrants, which continue to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbols “CELU” and “CELUW,” respectively.
