Union alarmed about end of metamizole production in Europe

Following the announced end of production of the active ingredient metamizole – better known by the trade name Novalgin – in Germany and Europe, the health policy spokesperson for the CDU/CSU parliamentary group in the German Bundestag, Tino Sorge, has expressed alarm.
