Webinar: New method enables fast, detergent-free purification of membrane proteins

A free webinar from Analytic Jena on June 30, 2026, will introduce a new, detergent-free method for purifying native membrane proteins. The automated process is designed to deliver functional proteins for subsequent analyses in under three hours and can be implemented in a standard laboratory.

The online seminar will focus on the automated workflow with the CyBio FeliX liquid handling system and the polymer-based Assay PlateX MPTM. The combination is intended to increase yield and maintain the structural stability and functionality of the proteins. More compact, digitized solutions, including with Thermal Shift Assay (TSA), will be presented for downstream analysis.

The webinar is organized in cooperation with Drug Target Review and is aimed at researchers who require membrane proteins for structural or functional studies. Participants will receive a certificate of attendance after the event. A recording will also be available afterward.

Registration is possible until the event date. The event begins on June 30, 2026, at 4 p.m. CEST.
